AUTHORIZATION TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING IN COMPLIANCE WITH LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 196/2003
Collected personal data will be used by Hotel Bisanzio for the purposes set forth in the Legislative Decree no. 196 dated 30 June 2003 (New Privacy Policy). Data collection occurs in accordance with the methods and limits stated by the regulation above for marketing and promotional purposes only. Data collected won't be communicated or released to third parties. By filling the form and submitting it, users do hereby agree to their data being stored by the company and to the receipt of informative or promotional material concerning the relevant business activity and the commercialized goods and services. In compliance with article 7 of the Legislative Decree no. 196/03 (Rights of the involved person), users can edit, cancel or oppose to the use of data at any moment prior sending of a registered letter, fax or email to the owner/responsible for data processing.
